What makes good proofreading? When we proofread for you we check your text very carefully for spelling-, grammar-, and punctuation mistakes.
At request we also pay regard for correct spelling of proper names and line breaks (page proof). According to your needs we offer proofreading either at normal reading pace or word-by-word. Additionally we offer professional copy editing service. As no editor can offer professional proofreading at competitive rates with 100 % accuracy, you can find further information on the level of accuracy that can realistically be offered at competitive rates here. Our guidelines for our proofreading
Being a member of the association of freelance copy editors (VFLL) our copy editing and proofreading is based on the recommendations in the 25th edition of „Duden“. If you wish a different form of proofreading, for example matching old German spelling rules, just let us know.
